• White Vinyl Windows & Doors: Orders for white vinyl options typically have shorter lead times and may arrive sooner than the standard timeframe, as they are more readily available.

• Colored Windows & Doors: Colored or customized window and door options generally require additional processing time due to manufacturing and finishing requirements. These orders may take longer than the standard delivery estimate.

ORDER PROCESSING

After placing your order, we will provide a confirmation email, and once the order is ready for shipment, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery progress. Please note that production begins immediately for customized items, and these cannot be canceled or altered after processing has started.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Our shipping partners aim to ensure your products arrive safely. Please be prepared to inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damages or issues, report them within 24 hours so we can assist with a resolution. We take no responsibility when customers choose to pick up and deliver the windows themselves.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. If your order qualified for “Free Shipping,” this applies only one way; if the order is returned, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
